Deposit & Loss Limits

How Deposit Limits Work

Increasing vs. Decreasing Limits
You may decrease your deposit limit at any time, and the new lower limit takes effect immediately. However, if you wish to increase a deposit limit, a mandatory 72-hour cooling-off period applies before the increase becomes active. This delay is intentional — it provides a built-in window during which you can reconsider the decision.
Loss Limits
In addition to deposit limits, you can set a loss limit that caps your net losses over a given period. Once your net loss for the period reaches the cap you have set, all further wagering is suspended for the remainder of that period. What Happens During a Time-Out
While a time-out is active, you cannot log in to your jetwine account. All pending bets will be settled normally, but no new bets, deposits, or withdrawals can be placed. Any marketing communications — including bonus offers tied to BPL, IPL, and T20 cricket events, or seasonal promotions for Eid and Pohela Boishakh — will be suspended for the duration.
At the end of the time-out period, your account will be automatically reactivated. You do not need to contact support to re-enable access.
