These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire legal agreement between you (the "Player") and jetwine (the "Platform") governing your use of all services offered at jetwine, including but not limited to the sports betting interface, live casino games, slot games, colour prediction games, and all promotional offers. These Terms apply to all device types — desktop browsers, mobile browsers, and the jetwine Progressive Web App (PWA).

jetwine reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via a notice on the platform's homepage or directly to your registered email address. Your continued use of the platform following such notification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The version of the Terms published on the jetwine website at any given time supersedes all previous versions.

These Terms are written in English and are intended for players based in Bangladesh. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any marketing or promotional material, these Terms shall take precedence. jetwine operates as an online gambling platform and all services are intended purely for recreational entertainment by eligible adults.

Access to and use of the jetwine platform is subject to strict eligibility requirements. By creating an account or placing a wager, you represent and warrant that all of the following conditions apply to you at the time of registration and on a continuing basis for as long as your account remains active:

• You are 18 years of age or older. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. jetwine does not permit access to minors under any circumstances.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not expressly prohibited by local law applicable to you personally.
• You are acting on your own behalf as an individual player, and not as an agent, representative, or on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, consultant, or affiliate of jetwine or any of its technology or game-content partners, nor an immediate family member of such a person, unless explicit written consent has been granted by jetwine management.
• You do not have a self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or account suspension currently active on your jetwine account or any account held with a partner platform.
• You are not depositing funds on behalf of any other person, organisation, or entity.

jetwine takes its age-verification obligations seriously. At the time of registration, you will be asked to provide accurate date-of-birth information. jetwine reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time — including but not limited to a national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Accounts for which satisfactory age verification cannot be completed will be suspended pending resolution, and any winnings accumulated during the unverified period may be voided.

To access the full range of services on jetwine — including sports betting, casino games, deposits, and withdrawals — you must register a personal account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid mobile number associated with your bKash or Nagad wallet where applicable.

Account Accuracy

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration and any subsequent updates to your profile are truthful and accurate. jetwine may reject or suspend any account where information is found to be false, misleading, or inconsistent with supporting documents. Providing false personal information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure.

Single Account Rule

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered account on jetwine. Maintaining multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. jetwine uses technical controls and manual review processes to identify duplicate accounts. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts associated with that individual will be closed. Any bonus funds or winnings accrued across duplicate accounts will be voided.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jetwine login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any account access method with any other person. jetwine will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any activity carried out through your account is your responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact jetwine support immediately at support@jetwine and change your password without delay.

jetwine supports a range of payment methods tailored for the Bangladesh market, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary based on your account status, transaction history, and applicable processing windows.

Deposits

All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The minimum deposit amount via bKash and Nagad is ৳200. Deposits are generally credited to your jetwine balance in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. jetwine does not charge a platform fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges in accordance with its own terms of service.

You may only deposit funds that legitimately belong to you. Depositing funds obtained through fraud, theft, or any illegal means is a criminal offence and a material breach of these Terms. jetwine employs automated and manual transaction monitoring to identify suspicious deposit patterns. Any deposits flagged as potentially fraudulent will be frozen pending investigation.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad wallets for fully verified accounts are typically processed within 15 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution's processing schedule. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. jetwine reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence checks to withdrawal requests that exceed defined thresholds or that follow unusual deposit-then-withdrawal patterns without significant gameplay activity.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has previously been used to make a deposit into the same account, or to a method registered in the account holder's verified name. jetwine will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

Currency & Exchange

All player accounts on jetwine are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). jetwine does not currently support multi-currency accounts. All deposits made in foreign currency will be converted to BDT at the prevailing mid-market exchange rate at the time of the transaction; jetwine is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations.

jetwine offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. These include welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet offers, cashback promotions, and seasonal campaigns tied to major Bangladesh cultural events and cricket tournaments such as BPL, IPL, and ICC events. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer at the time of its promotion.

General Bonus Rules

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also called rollover requirements). The specific wagering multiple applicable to each bonus is stated in the promotion details. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them cannot be withdrawn until the stated wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Bonuses have a validity period. Any bonus balance and associated winnings not used within the stated validity period will be automatically removed from your account without notice.
• Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bonuses apply to eligible games only. Certain game categories — typically live casino tables with low house edges or certain high-RTP slots — may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10%) toward wagering requirements, or may be entirely excluded. Refer to individual offer terms for the full game contribution schedule.
• jetwine operates a one bonus at a time policy. You may not stack multiple active bonuses simultaneously unless the specific promotion explicitly permits it.
• jetwine reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to it being claimed by a player, or to modify the terms of ongoing promotions with reasonable notice where operationally necessary.

Bonus Abuse

jetwine uses automated monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk or hedged bets designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, exploiting technical errors or promotional miscommunications, and coordinating with other players to collectively exploit promotional terms. Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have all bonus funds and associated winnings voided, and the account may be suspended or permanently closed at jetwine's sole discretion.

As a registered player on jetwine, you agree to use the platform in good faith and in accordance with these Terms at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of account balance, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Using any software, bot, script, automated tool, or artificial intelligence to place bets, interact with games, or manipulate any aspect of the platform without explicit written consent from jetwine.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, game errors, latency arbitrage opportunities, or other technical vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation are void.
• Engaging in match fixing, result manipulation, or any form of corrupt wagering practice on sports betting markets.
• Using the jetwine platform to launder money, conduct any form of financial fraud, or convert funds of illicit origin into withdrawable balances.
• Creating, accessing, or operating multiple accounts, including using proxy IP addresses, VPNs, or other technical means to circumvent geographic or account-level restrictions.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your account credentials to any third party, or accessing a third party's account regardless of their consent.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, harassing, or discriminatory conduct toward jetwine staff, support agents, or other platform users via any communication channel.
• Misrepresenting your identity, nationality, age, or financial situation during registration, verification, or any support interaction.

jetwine reserves the right to monitor all platform activity, review betting patterns, and investigate any account suspected of breaching these obligations. Investigations may result in temporary account restrictions while they are ongoing. jetwine is not liable for any losses incurred by a player as a result of a restriction applied during a legitimate investigation.

jetwine reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: a breach of these Terms, failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe, suspected fraudulent activity, suspected money laundering, suspected underage access, or any conduct that jetwine determines to be detrimental to the integrity of its platform or the wellbeing of its player community.

Voluntary Closure

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting jetwine support via live chat or email. Upon receiving a closure request, jetwine will process any pending withdrawal of your verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements) to your registered payment method within 5 business days. Once your account is closed, your registration details are retained in accordance with jetwine's Privacy Policy and applicable data retention obligations.

Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that their gambling is becoming a problem may request a self-exclusion period of between 1 week and permanent exclusion through the Responsible Gaming section of their account settings, or by contacting support directly. During a self-exclusion period, login access is suspended and all marketing communications are halted. Self-exclusion periods cannot be reversed before they expire. Consequences of Closure for Breach

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, jetwine reserves the right to withhold any balance held in the account pending the outcome of an investigation. Where the breach involves fraud, money laundering, or underage access, jetwine may forfeit the entire account balance and report the matter to appropriate authorities. jetwine is not obligated to disclose the specific evidence that informed its decision to close a breach-related account.

jetwine provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While jetwine makes every reasonable effort to ensure that the platform is accessible, reliable, and free from technical faults, no warranty — express or implied — is given that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jetwine shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to platform downtime, technical faults, connectivity issues, or scheduled maintenance windows.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information, odds, scores, or statistics displayed on the platform that subsequently prove to be inaccurate due to data-feed delays or errors.
• Losses resulting from the suspension, restriction, or closure of your account in accordance with these Terms.
• Losses suffered as a result of unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your credentials.
• Any losses arising from circumstances beyond jetwine's reasonable control, including force majeure events such as natural disasters, government actions, power outages, or third-party system failures.

Nothing in these Terms limits jetwine's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Bangladeshi law.
